These items are special order items, once ordered and we have confirmed with Lladro they cannot be cancelled. As they are special order items they also cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a defect. There is a 3 week turnaround time from placing the order to you receiving it. If the order is placed after a Friday and before Tuesday this can be reduced to 2 weeks but it is not guaranteed. By placing the order you agree to all the above terms.

They were emperors during the Heian period, a time of peace and tranquility. With the passing of the years the figure of the emperors became a symbol of fortune and fullfilment, and for that reason during the popular Hina Matsuri festival held every year in March, newborn baby girls receive a gift of Hina Dolls, an emperor and an empress, to wish them a happy and prosperous life. This glazed porcelain version is notable for the beige and pink decoration and for the faithfulness and detail of the costumes worn in the imperial court of the time.
