These items are special order items, once ordered and we have confirmed with Lladro they cannot be cancelled. As they are special order items they also cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a defect. There is a 3 week turnaround time from placing the order to you receiving it. If the order is placed after a Friday and before Tuesday this can be reduced to 2 weeks but it is not guaranteed. By placing the order you agree to all the above terms.

The Swan Princess is a big sized fantasy swan, crowned as a princess in different folk tales such as the Tale of Tsar Saltan or the Legend of the Swan Lake. Fully engraved with floral motives with Russian inspiration, underlining its fantasy essence. Glazed porcelain in traditional blue colours. Also available as a limited edition (item number 01001942) with golden luster and enamels.
